How long until I receive my order?
Most orders ship within 15 business days of ordering, large orders and items with full back embroidery may take longer.
In an attempt to keep costs down we do not keep blank inventory in stock and order from our supplier once a week, generally on Wednesday morning.

How do I figure out what size I should order?
We have several size charts available that are helpful in determining what size to order. Product spec sheets are available for many items. Send us an e-mail with the style number if you need a spec sheet. E-mail ACES
Ladies Sizes - Ladies styles are designed for a snug, business-like fit. If you prefer a looser fit please consider ordering a larger size or order a men's shirt which is less fitted in the abdomen.

Do you offer any discounts?
We hope that you find we offer quality products at a fair price. However we do offer free shipping and a 5% quantity discount on orders over $300. You can check out our in-stock merchandise for items offered at a discount because, well, we don't have enough storage space!

Why are shipping charges so high for one shirt?
Shipping is calculated by our shopping cart provider and closely represents the actual shipping charges including insurance. Many of our customers collect orders from lodge members in order to maximize shipping. Quite often the shipping charges on 2 or 3 shirts is nearly same as a single shirt.

Who is ACES Embroidery?
ACES Embroidery has been a licensed Elks vendor since 2003 and is owned and operated by Tim and Lori Frank. Tim is an active member and PER of Loudoun Lodge 2406. If you are in the area and would like to visit the lodge please call us, we love to meet our customers.

Why should I buy from a licensed vendor?
A licensed vendor agrees to properly use the Elks Licensed Logos including the round BPOE Emblem and the Elks Script logo according to guidelines provided by the Grand Lodge.
Licensed vendors also pay a portion of their sales as royalties to the Grand Lodge.
